Our company officially launches the self-developed GJCNC-BD servo precision press, an advanced automated equipment for busbar processing. It supports automatic feeding, riveting and bending, with optional punching, notching and contact riveting functions. Equipped with an independent control system, it monitors every working procedure in real time after busbar parameter entry, delivering safe, user-friendly operation and upgraded automation for busbar fabrication.
It runs on dedicated GJBD programming software. Operators input and save busbar parameters; the system automatically generates PLC codes and triggers automatic production. The workflow starts with manual bar loading. The auxiliary clamp engages automatically for feeding, followed by auto clamping, sawing and bending. For optional contact riveting, the contactor magazine feeds parts for automatic riveting.
Two servo-driven clamps (main and auxiliary) offer a maximum X-axis stroke of 1500 mm for stable, labour-saving and precise positioning. Finished workpieces exit via a fast conveyor belt to avoid surface scratches. The touchscreen HMI displays processing status, alarm logs and simple mould setup. High-quality ball screws and linear guides from global reputable brands, driven by servo motors, guarantee stable precision. The welded machine frame undergoes high-temperature tempering for outstanding rigidity. An optional mould cabinet simplifies safe and quick mould changeover.
