The GJCNC BD CNC Busbar Press Bending Machine is a high tech automatic processing equipment independently developed for busbar manufacturing. It integrates auto feeding, sawing and press bending functions, with optional modules for punching, notching and contact riveting to satisfy diversified production demands.
Equipped with dedicated GJBD programming software, the machine allows operators to input busbar parameters. It automatically generates PLC codes to launch full auto machining workflows. Featuring servo driven double clamps including main and auxiliary clamps, it delivers a maximum X axis stroke of 1500 mm for stable, precise busbar clamping, greatly cutting manual workload. Finished workpieces are discharged via a high speed conveyor to avoid surface scratches.
The touch screen HMI offers straightforward operation, real time process monitoring and alarm record inquiry. Its transmission system adopts premium ball screws and linear guides driven by servo motors. Key components are sourced from world famous brands for stable performance. The welded machine body undergoes high temperature tempering to obtain outstanding structural rigidity. An optional mould cabinet enables fast and safe die replacement.
This machine reaches hole pitch accuracy of ±0.20 mm per meter. It handles busbars from 3000×30×3 mm up to 6000×200×6 mm, with custom sizes available. With total power of 17 kW and 5000 kg weight, it upgrades automation levels for busbar workshops and brings high efficiency, reliable production for electrical industries.
