Recently, exciting news has come from the site of our Russian customer ——The CNC Busbar Punching and Shearing Machine (Model: GJCNC-BP-60) independently developed and produced by our company has officially entered the large-scale production phase after preliminary installation, commissioning and trial production verification.
Efficient Commissioning, Demonstrating Professional Service Capabilities
The CNC BusBar Punching and Shearing Machine shipped to Russia this time is mainly used for the integrated processing such as punching and shearing of copper and aluminum bus bars in power equipment including high and low voltage switchgear and distribution boxes. Since the equipment arrived at the factory of a Russian power equipment manufacturing enterprise in the summer and autumn of this year, our technical team rushed to the site immediately, overcoming challenges such as language barriers and differences in local construction standards, and completing equipment assembly, circuit connection and system commissioning in only 7 days. Subsequently, through 15 days of trial production running-in, the processing parameters were gradually optimized and the operation training was improved. Finally, in the customer’s full-process acceptance, with the performance of “zero equipment operation failures and processing efficiency exceeding expectations”, the equipment was successfully put into production. During the official production phase, the processing performance of this CNC BusBar Punching and Shearing Machine has been fully verified. According to on-site feedback from the customer, the equipment can stably process copper and aluminum bus bars with a maximum thickness of 15mm and support a maximum processing width of 200mm, with the hole spacing control accuracy error of only ±0.2mm, which fully meets the high-precision requirements for bus bars of high-end power equipment in Russia. Meanwhile, the intelligent CNC system equipped with the equipment supports automatic programming and batch processing. Compared with traditional processing equipment, it has improved the bus bar processing efficiency by more than 40%, effectively reducing the customer’s production costs and labor input.
