The multifunction busbar processing machine is a patented product independently developed by our company. Its main function is to process copper and aluminum busbars of different specifications. During operation, simply select the corresponding processing station, and it can conveniently and quickly perform operations such as shearing, punching (round holes, long round holes, square holes, and special-shaped holes), flat bending, vertical bending, embossing, and flattening on copper and aluminum bars.
The punching unit is equipped with an eight-position integral rotary disc made of ductile iron. The rotary disc is a single-piece processing component, and the mold installation holes are precisely machined by CNC technology, ensuring high precision and long service life. By replacing the molds, various processes such as punching round holes, long round holes, square holes, and embossing can be accomplished.
The cutting unit adopts an integrated forging cutting structure, which ensures that it will not deform even after long-term use. The upper and lower blades are installed vertically and parallelly, ensuring a smooth cutting edge and no waste materials. It also avoids the defect of different centering between the upper and lower columns in the double-column cutting structure. By using a single-cut method, there is no waste material, which can save raw materials.
The bending unit adopts an open structure made by casting in one piece with ductile iron, ensuring no deformation during long-term use. Compared to the closed structure fixed by crossbeams and screws, this design has simpler molds, easier replacement, and more precise identification of the bending points. By changing the molds, it can perform operations such as flattening bending, vertical bending, pipe bending, pressing the nose, bending copper rods, and twisting knots.
