The punching and shearing machine is used for processing busbar materials through chamfering, slotting, punching, corner cutting, embossing, edge trimming and cutting. During the processing of busbar materials, no manual intervention is required. It features high processing speed and high precision.
Two sets of main and auxiliary clamps work simultaneously, reducing the quality requirements for busbars and improving processing accuracy. During the processing, busbars are automatically clamped, saving labor and enhancing processing efficiency and accuracy. After processing, stainless steel drag strips are used to remove the workpieces, increasing efficiency and ensuring that the processed parts are not worn.
The overall structure is made of carbon steel plate welding, and has undergone high-temperature tempering treatment. The surface is subjected to shot blasting to eliminate welding stress and remove oxide scale. The mold library adopts a double-row structure, with a short Y-axis travel, which improves processing efficiency; dual power cylinders, with fast punching speed, large shear and embossing pressure, has nine sets of mold stations, using a complete pair of scissors, can complete the cutting of the main busbar in one go, improving processing accuracy, verticality of the cross-section and processing efficiency; it has dedicated embossing molds, with a large embossing area, increasing the contact area of the copper busbar, improving processing efficiency; the mold disassembly and installation are simple, safe and reliable, and convenient for mold replacement, providing a reliable guarantee for high production efficiency under frequent mold replacement conditions. The molds used can meet the requirements of accuracy and performance, with the impact frequency of the molds ≤ 50,000 times.
This machine is used in conjunction with an automated copper strip storage system, a fully automatic circular arc machining center, a laser marking machine, and a CNC busbar servo bending machine.It is also equipped with a busbar intelligent control system, which enables it to be linked to servers through MES, WCS, ERP, and PLM, thus forming an unmanned busbar processing factory system.
