The bending machine is equipped with various bending types: flat bending, vertical bending, twist bending, closed bending, U-shaped bending, etc. It adopts a closed bending mechanism, with X and Y axes using precision linear guides to ensure processing accuracy and avoid the drawbacks of open bending, guaranteeing the consistency of the processing angle in the width direction. The bending shaft is servo-controlled, featuring high bending accuracy and stability. The maximum travel of the X-axis is 1600mm, increasing the single-side processing length and expanding the processing range of workpieces.
When folding and bending, the machine’s mold has an automatic clamping and releasing function, ensuring the flatness of the processed surface and reducing damage to the bending arc.
GJ3DXII can be connected with the shearing machine for use. For workpieces with many bending operations, it can automatically determine the bending sequence, achieve programming automation, simulate the bending process, and place the base plates according to the simulated bending sequence to avoid incorrect bending positions. The equipment can be optionally equipped with an electronic die, which can verify the bending angle with the control system feedback and has the function of automatic calculation, achieving precise bending. It has high processing accuracy and high efficiency, and can realize one-time clamping, continuous processing and forming of multiple workpieces. Before each bending action, there is no need to position and calibrate the die and punch directly to perform the bending action.
